We normally despatch ready-to-ship items within 2 working days. Resizing of rings generally can be completed within 5 working days, subject to the availability of our designated craftsman. For bespoke projects, please contact us at info@splittingcolours.com for details.
PACKAGING
Unless specifically and reasonably requested by you otherwise, each of our jewellery items will be packaged in our branded box.
SHIPPING
Important - All estimated shipping times set out below are from the despatch date of the ordered items, as opposed to the date the date is placed. Shipping costs stated below only include delivery. Clients will be solely responsible for any import duties and local taxes incurred.
